We are Andy and Sarah, a husband and wife team based in the Vale Of Glamorgan, who are dedicated to helping you be as independent as possible. We have three grown up girls, one of whom has a severe learning disability, and we know personally how hard it can be to find someone you trust to look after your loved ones.
We made the decision to set up Sweet Pea Home Help as we know first hand how difficult it can be to access the right support. Following the sad loss of Sarah’s mum in 2017 we struggled to obtain the extra support her Dad needed as we could not be there everyday.
And if you were wondering why we are called Sweet Pea, it was Sarah’s Mum’s favourite flower.

Sarah arrived on the scene just when we needed her and is the perfect solution to my Dad's situation. When she came to meet us her conversation was completely focused on Dad and what he wanted. She listened attentively to him and showed such compassion. He doesn't need much taking care of, but just some cleaning and a friendly face and that is exactly what Sarah provides. She also messages me with updates on her visit with Dad which is so appreciated and such a wonderful personal touch.
