We can offer a comprehensive domestic service to help you with any daily household tasks to ensure your home remains your castle.
We can help with-
1). Preparing meals, cooking, washing up
2). Help with laundry and ironing
3). House work, tidying up and sorting out
4). Taking out the bins, sorting recycling
5). Caring for your pets,feeding,walking
6). General admin, paperwork, help with making phone calls
7). Picking up groceries, collecting prescriptions
8). Drop off and collect dry-cleaning

Our companionship service is all about being there for people who may feel a bit lonely or isolated. We spend real, quality time with our customers-chatting, doing activities together, or just offering a kind, familiar presence. It’s about connection, comfort, and making sure no one feels alone.
We are also passionate about ensuring that you can still access the community, your friends or hobbies. We can provide assisted trips to the shops, community centres, doctors/hospital appointments or even just a walk and a coffee. It is your time to enjoy as you wish.
As well as helping you to maintain the inside of your home we can also help with the outside.
Should you require them, we can offer handyman/DIY and gardening services.
We can remove the hassle and worry of keeping you home and garden in good shape.
We are Andy and Sarah, a husband and wife team based in the Vale Of Glamorgan, who are dedicated to helping you be as independent as possible. We have three grown up girls, one of whom has a severe learning disability, and we know personally how hard it can be to find someone you trust to look after your loved ones.
We made the decision to set up Sweet Pea Home Help as we know first hand how difficult it can be to access the right support. Following the sad loss of Sarah’s mum in 2017 we struggled to obtain the extra support her Dad needed as we could not be there everyday.
And if you were wondering why we are called Sweet Pea, it was Sarah’s Mum’s favourite flower.
